The City Commis.:ion met in regular session, . ilayor Stratton and. Commissioners Clark and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
Ivloved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular,meetinw of Idonday,
,ITiarch 31st, 1930 be approved. as read.: carried., Stratton, Clark and Traub votinc aye on
roll call.
:loved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that the City purchase a "Little Boy.Air Compressor
to be 4 H.P. Liland IdTotor, 3.3 cubic feet capacity, 30 gallon tank and. 110 voltage, from
the Burrows I'Motor Co. for the sum of $125.00 and freight, to be installed. at the street
department, to be used. for all City automobiles; carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub
voting aye on roll call.
L,'loved. by Traub, seconded by Clark that this being the tune for the hearing on Resolution
No. B -1123 for constructing a sidewalk on the east side of N. 8th Street from E. "C"
:street -to E. "D" Street; and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said.
improvement or any part thereof; it is ordered that the.ord.inance. creating a local im-
provement district be laid, on the table for one week: carried., Stratton, Clark and
Traub voting aye on roll call-.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by'Clark that the petition of the Yakima Valley Transporta-
tion Co.'to remove certain street car tracks in the City belonging to said Company waN
taken under advisement and the ordinance submitted by .th.e attorney for said Company
providing for the change of trackage referred. to the City Attorney: carried, Stratton,
Clark and. Traub voting aye on roll call.
