Traub voting aye on roil call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Traub that the minutes o f the regular meeting -of March.
3rd, 1930 be approved as.read: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub yoting•aye on roll
call:
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Traub that Soft Drink License No. 4925,.heretofore
issued. to K. Heato, on the 26th day of December, 1929, to operate a soft drink parlor
is hereby revoked: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Traub that the- sum of $'15°00 be paid to Bertha B.. Johnson
for a right of way from 19th-Avenue South to South Nob Hill Boulevard; it being under-
stood that 19th- Avenue South shall be cut straight through to Bonnie Doon Avenue from
19th Avenue South to South Nob Hill Boulevard without jogs or.curves:: carried, Stratton
Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO.. B -1123, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIT! CITY COTZUSSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA,
7ASHINGTON:
That it is the intention of .the City Commission of the.City of
Yakima,,Washington, to improve.North Eighth Street in the City of Yakima, Washington,
by the construction of a Portland cement concrete sidewalk.-six feet in.width along the
east side of North Eighth Street from East C..Street to.East D. Street, and by doing
all such other.work as may be necessary in connection therewith, a,ll'in accordance
with the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City Engineer and
filed with the City Clerk.
All - persons who.rnay desire to object to said proposed improve -
ment are hereby notified. to appear- .and.present such objections'at a meeting of the
City Commission to be held at its office in the City Office Building in the City of
Yakima, Washington, at the hour of nine o'clock A.M., on Monday, the 7th day.of April,
1930, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to
said..improvement, all objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment
therefor; and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and
of the'intention to make the aforesaid improvement.
The cost and expense of said irrrprovement shall be borne by and
assessed against all.of the property legally and properly assessable therefor,as pro -
ved.ed by law,, and. the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission,
at or prior to the date fixed herein for said hearing all of the data and.. other infor-
mation required by law to be submitted. by him.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COT- BUSSION this 10th day of March, 1930.

No. � -1116, for constructing a sidewalk on North 6th Street, along.the West side there-
of from the South line of Lot 2 in .Block 106 to East E. Street; also along the south
line .of East E. Street from ,North Naches Avenue to -North 6th Street and-there being no
protests in writing or otherwise to said improvement or any part thereof; it is ordered.
that.the ordinance creating.a Local Improvement District be laid on the• *'.•ble for one
