B -1121, BI' IT - RESOLVED BY THP' CITY C0181IS "ION OF TIC CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That it is the. intention of the City - Commission of the City of Yakima,, Washington, to improve South Fourth Street from East Walnut Street to Adams Avenue, in the City of' Yakima.., '7ashington,J,-by grading and paving the same with a one course- Portland cement concrete pavement; the pavement to be-60 feet in width from East Walnut Street to East Spruce Street and 32 feet in.width from East Spruce Street to Adams Avenue; by constructing the necessary curbs; sidewalks and siphons., and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therevdth.;;all in accordance with _the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the Cty`Engineer .and. filed with'the City Clerk. _ All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Com- mission to be held at-its offices in the•City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Vashington, at the hour of nine o'clock A.Me, on Monday,;.. the 14th day. of April,-1930, which time and place are hereby fixed.for the hearing -bf all matters relating to said proposed improvement or objections thereto and for determining the method of payment they for and the City Clerk is.hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the a, intention to make the aforesaid improvement-.
