South and. e xtend.ing southeasterly 73.3 feet; thence east 75.2 feet; thence norttii parallel with and 140 feet west of 19th Ave. South 199.1 feet; thence west 13204.feet, together with the necessary laterals, service connections and other appurtenances for the purpose of delivering wate for irrigation purposes to each lot and. tract of "land within the proposed district, and the doing of all such other work as ma.- be necessary in connection therewith. All of the cost and expense of the construction and installation of said pipe line and appurtenances, acquiring and purchasing easements, and. rights of way, cngireer.ing and. advertising, and. all other. e,-.-,penses incident thereto shall be assessed. against all of the property above described in the manner provided by law. All persons 'who r:2ay desire, to object to the proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear at a meeting of the.-City Commission . -to be. held in the City Office Building, in.theCity of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, at the hour of nine o'clock A.Mi , on Monday, the 17th day of 1 r..ch, 1930, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all - natters relating to said proposed improvement, or objections, thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor,. and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement.
