This improvement is to consist of the acquiring of the necessary
water .rights and. rights of vtiray, and the construction of a main pipe line, conneCti.ng with
the Natchez and Cowychee Ditch where said ditch crosses 20th. - .Ave.. South and. e xtend.ing
southeasterly 73.3 feet; thence east 75.2 feet; thence norttii parallel with and 140 feet
west of 19th Ave. South 199.1 feet; thence west 13204.feet, together with the necessary
laterals, service connections and other appurtenances for the purpose of delivering wate
for irrigation purposes to each lot and. tract of "land within the proposed district, and
the doing of all such other work as ma.- be necessary in connection therewith.
All of the cost and expense of the construction and installation
of said pipe line and appurtenances, acquiring and purchasing easements, and. rights of
way, cngireer.ing and. advertising, and. all other. e,-.-,penses incident thereto shall be
assessed. against all of the property above described in the manner provided by law.
All persons 'who r:2ay desire, to object to the proposed improvement
are hereby notified to appear at a meeting of the.-City Commission . -to be. held in the
City Office Building, in.theCity of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, at the hour of
nine o'clock A.Mi , on Monday, the 17th day of 1 r..ch, 1930, which time and place are
hereby fixed for the hearing of all - natters relating to said proposed improvement, or
objections, thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor,. and the City
Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the
aforesaid improvement.
The Costa and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and
assessed against a 11 of the property legally and p;roperl;;T assessable therefor, a:: pro=
vided by law, and the City Engineer is hereby directed, to submit to the City Commmission
at or prior to the date fixed. for said, hearing., all of- the- data and other info_ rmation
required. by law to be submitted by him.

RESOLUTION NO. B -1119, T+HME'AS, a petition has been filed requesting the establishment
of a local 'improvement district. for the purpose constructing the necessary pipe lines
and. appurtenances, and acquiring the necessary water and water rights and rights of way,
in order to supply various lots, parcels and. tracts of land with water for irrigation
and domestic purposes; and
