Tiro -way traffic in the alleys .running north and. south., with a left hand. turn only at the alley intersections. The traffic in the main alley between Yakima Avenue and. Chestnut Street shall roceed. from east to tritest and all cars shall park on the right hand side of the alley. The alleys tunning north and south to have both tray traffic with left hand turns only. Passenger autos not allowed to park in alley..
