be subject to the following traffic rules
One =-Way traffic in the main alley between Yakima Avenue and "A" Street and to
proceed from west to east only -- -all cars to ;park on the ri- &ht hand side of the alley.
Tiro -way traffic in the alleys .running north and. south., with a left hand. turn only
at the alley intersections.
The traffic in the main alley between Yakima Avenue and. Chestnut Street shall
roceed. from east to tritest and all cars shall park on the right hand side of the alley.
The alleys tunning north and south to have both tray traffic with left hand turns only.
Passenger autos not allowed to park in alley..
Signs will be prepared. and posted at all alley entrances' and.' at alley intersec-
tions directing traffic, and the enforcement of these rules and regulations placed. in
the hands of the PbliceDepartment.

assessments levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvementsin
Local Improvement., istrict No. 463, and providing for the issuance of bonds with
coupons attached. for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof," Was introduced by
Traub and read. by the City Clerk.
