four tenths (2.4) feet- of Lot 6, Block 38, Tennant .:9- Miles North Iulodern Addition to
North Yakima (now Yakima), according to the official plat thereof recorded and. filed
in the Auditor's Office of Yakima County, Washington, to Hugh C. Shanks, a bachelor.
WHERE AS, the City of Yakima is now the owner of the follot ;-iing
described real property situate in Yakima. County, Washington, to -wit:

RESOLUTION NO. B -1114, 7TITREAS, by Ordinance it is provided. that on the first IvTonday
in .February of each year, the City Commission shall pass a resolution.prescribing the
form, of contract for -the City Advertising for the ensuing year.
NOW .THE'R30FOR , BE IT RESOLVED, -by the City ,Commission of the
City of Yakima, that the form of contract for the city ad.vertisi.ng .for .the ensuing
year shall be in substantially the form hereto attached and made a part hereof', and
the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice for sealed proposals for a contract
for doing the city advertising for the ensuing year by publishing the. same in the news-
paper doing the city advertising, for two successive issues, which notice shall contain
a general statement of the terms of the contract tole let, together with the time and
place when said bids will be open, and providing that any and all bids may be rejected.
Adopted by the'City Commission, signed and approved. this 3rd day
of February, 1930.

the City of North Yakima, now Yakima, lffa.shinc ton, to E.i?Q.Sturgis.
'v RHEAS, the City of Yakimla, heretofore, to -wit: On January 7th,
1930 executed a quitclaim deed. of the following; described real estate.situate in Yakima
County, . State of Washington, to -wit:
Lot Six (6) and the North Half (N2) of
Lot Seven (7) of Block One Hundred
Eleven (111) of the original plat of the
City of North Yakima, now Yakima, Wash-
ington,
to the Guaranty Trust Company, a corporation, which said. deed. was made by mistake for
the.reason that said deed should-have been made to E. M. Sturgis, and
