B- 11109' B.E IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Yakima, 4rashin5ton, that that certain deed bearing date June 4th, 1923,.,hrherein the City of Yakima is named as Grantor, and lilliam Loudon and Lennie Loudon, hUsb�nd and wife, are named as.Grantees,'whereby the said City of Yakima conveyed to the'said `Tiilliam Ioudon and. wif e a portion of Lot Eight (8), Block Three Hundred Seventy-five- (375) of Capital Addition to'North Yakima, now ' Yakima, 7ashington, which deed was recorded August 31st, 1923 in Volume 227 of Deeds,.at Page 296, under Auditor's file No. 294333, is hereby approved, ratified. and. confirmed, and. all the acts of the -o fivers of the' said City in the execution' of said.. deed are hereby rati- fied and confirmed.
