Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark, that I)ani.el Goodman_ .be appointed. to the office of Police Judge, to take effect January 1st, 1930, to continue until his successor is duly appointed. and. has qualified; carried, Stratton, Clark an_d Traub..voting aye 'on roll call. Moved by.Clark, seconded. by Traub, that Florence Eschbach be appointed to the office of Deputy City Clerk, to take effect December 30th, 1929'and to continue until her successor has been duly appointed. and. has qualified; carried, Stratton., Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved. by Stratton, seconded by Clark, that the specifications for hauling garbage and ashes as read by the City Clerk are hereby approved, and the City.Clerk authorized to give notice by publication for the hauling of garbage and. ashes for a period of three years beginning February 1st, 1930, and ending January 1932; said bids to be redeivec,' on Monday, January 13th, 1930, at the hour.of.10 o'clock A.Tff carried., Stratton., Clark and Traub voting aye on roll. call.
