The City-Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Clark and
Traub voting: aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded. by Clark, that the minutes of the regular meeting; of Monday
December l6th,19.29, and adj ourned meetini, , thereof be approved. as read,; carried.,Stratton,
Clark and Traub voting aye on roll cell.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Traub, that the bids on-fire apparatus received on Decemb r
16th,1929, be ,rejected: €end. the matter postponed. indefinitely;carried., Stratton,Clark and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll for Local,Improvement District No-4-63, and there being no protests in
writing or otherwise., to said. assessment roll, or any part thereof; it is ordered that

on December 16th,1929, for paving South First Avenue in Local Improvement Dist-
rict No.475
and the firm of Midst-ate Contracto'Company and Geo -M Savage Company, the
only bidders for said work, having withdrawn their respective bids unopened; it is
hereby ordered
that the improvement of said district be postponed indefinitely ;carried,

and Traub voting-aye on roll call.
