Moved by Traub, seconded. by Clark that this being the time for disposing of the .bids received on December 16th,1929, for paving South First Avenue in Local Improvement Dist- rict No.475 and the firm of Midst-ate Contracto'Company and Geo -M Savage Company, the only bidders for said work, having withdrawn their respective bids unopened; it is hereby ordered that the improvement of said district be postponed indefinitely ;carried, Stratton,Clark and Traub voting-aye on roll call.
