The City Commission met in regular session, Tdayor.Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley,econd.ed b -:. Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 18th,1929, be a- pproveddas read;earried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on
roi•1 call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded -by Hedges, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to adver-
tise for bids for the purchase of a Rotary Pumping Unit and equipment therefor and also
a track or bus chassis to be used in the Fire Department; said bids to be receided on
11onday, December 23rd,1929, at 10 o'clock A.11.carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coon.le voting ay
on .roll call.

Rainier Addition to Yakima,+ "lashington, according to the official plat thereof now on fil
and ' of record in the office of the County .Auditor of Yakima County,`Washington, to F.X.
Vincent and Philomane Vincent,'husband and wife.,.---

real property situate in Yakima, County,Washington,to ®wit:
Lot 14 in Block 182 of New Rainier Addition to Yakiina,�Vashington,
according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in
the office of the County Auditor of Yakima, County,11ashington.
by reason of a deed therefor issued by the County Treasurer of Yakima County,17lashington,
said City of Yakima, on sale of said property for general taxes, andWHEREAS it appears
to be for the best interests of said City to sell said premises to F.X.Vincent and
Philomane Vincent, husband and wife, for cash,

That said above described premises be and they are hereby authorized
to be sold to F.X.Vincent and Philomane, Vincent, husband and. wife, for the total sum
of Two Hundred Five & no /100ths Dollars ($205.00) payable in cash upon delivery of deed
and the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized and directed to execute
in favor of said purchasers a good. and sufficient Quit Claim Deed conveying all tree titl
of said City in said premises to said grantees, which deed shell be delivered upon re-
ceipt of said purchase price.
