Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the regular meeting of Monday, November 4th, 1929, and adjourned "meeting thereof be approved as read;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and Coons voting aye on roll call Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges,'that the-following bids were received for construc ing a sidewalk on Race Street and other streets in said City in Local Improvement Dist - riet No-474; Geo.?�2ilton Savage Company,'4959.36; J.M.DeBlasio,��'4820.90; J.TI.DeBlasio being the lowest and best bid said contract was awarded to him, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to tinter into a contract therefor on behalf of said City;carried, Dudley,Hedges and'Coonse voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO.A -1185, entitled : "'An Ordinance fixing the time-of delinquency of the assessments levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvements in Local Improve-,,7ent District N6.464, and providing for the issuance of bonds-with coupons attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ",was introduced by Coonse and read by the City Clerk. Moved.by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that Ordinance No-A-1185 be passed to its second reading and read by title only;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that Ordinance No-A-1185 be passed to its third reading and read in full;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
