November 12th,1929.
The City Commission met in'regular session,16ayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and.
Coonse voting.aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the regular meeting of Monday, November 4th,
1929, and adjourned "meeting thereof be approved as read;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and Coons
voting aye on roll call
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges,'that the-following bids were received for construc
ing a sidewalk on Race Street and other streets in said City in Local Improvement Dist -
riet No-474; Geo.?�2ilton Savage Company,'4959.36; J.M.DeBlasio,��'4820.90; J.TI.DeBlasio
being the lowest and best bid said contract was awarded to him, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to tinter into a contract therefor on behalf of said City;carried,
Dudley,Hedges and'Coonse voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A -1185, entitled : "'An Ordinance fixing the time-of delinquency of the
assessments levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvements in Local
Improve-,,7ent District N6.464, and providing for the issuance of bonds-with coupons
attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ",was introduced by Coonse and
read by the City Clerk.
Moved.by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that Ordinance No-A-1185 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that Ordinance No-A-1185 be passed to its third
reading and read in full;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
