The City Commission met in regular ses_sion,Ma.yor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Coonse voting 'aye -•on roll 'cal..
Moved by - Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that the minLtt,es of the regular meeting of
Monday, October 14th,1929 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved ass read;carried,
Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on 'roll call:
ORDINANCE NO.A -1183, entitled : "An Ordinance relating to the parking -of cars in the
City of Yakima,Washington, providing aopenalty for its violation, repealing all
ordinances in conflict therewith and - declaring an emergency ",was introduced by Dudley
and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Hedges, seconded by Coonse,-that Ordinance No.A -1183 be passed to its second
reading and-read by title only;carried,Dudley;Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll cal o

Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time,for the hearing on
Resolution No.B -1097 for constructing a sidewalk along the south side of Race Street
from South Sixth Street to Fair Avenue etc., and there being -.no objections in•writing
or otherwise to said improvement or any'part thereof; it is ordered „that the ordinance
creating a local improvement district be laid on the table for;one ive6k;carried.,Dudley
Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by-Hedges, that this'being the time for the hearing on
Resolution No.B -1098, it is ordered that said 'nearing be continued to Monday, November
18th,1929;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that the following payrolls be allowed and. the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants 'therefor;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse
