Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
Oc.to':er. 7th'1929, be approved as read;carried,Dudiey,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on
roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A -1180, entitled:" An.Ordinance providing for the submitting of the pro-
posed. charter for the City of Yakirna•,Washington', and alternate articles and propositions
thereto to the qualified voters of the City of Yakidia, and for the-election of officers
provided for in such charter and alternate - articles, providing for the date and places
of holding such election, naming election of therefor, providing for the giving
of notice of such election, providing fhe, form of ballot and.for the-printing of ballots
for the filing of statements of and petitions for candidacy, fixing the compensation of
election officers and providing the method of-canvassing results ",-was introduced by
Dudley and read by7the City Clerk.

The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges
and Coonse.,,voting aye on ,roll call.
Moved by Coonse,.. seconded by Hedges, that the City Engineer having reported the com-
pletion of the improvement in Local Improvement District No-468, by the contractor,
J.M.DeBlasio, in the sum of X5302.41; said work is hereby accepted and the City Enginee
authorized.to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk hereby
instructed to give notice of hearing on said roll for Monday, November llth,1929,.at
9 o'clock A..M.carried;Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
