September- 30th,, °1929,, and adj o.urned-meeting thereof-be- approved .as , read; carried,Dudley,

ORDINANCE NO.A- 1179, entitled: "An Ordinance fixing the amount of the,tax levies
necessary to-raise-the amount of the estimated expenditures of the,City of-Yakima,.for
the ensuing-year, to be levied upon- the real and pe rsonal. property, of said City "IT, was
introduced by.= Hedges :and. rea&-by--the- City Clerk.

RESOLUTION NO.B- 1100,Vd1rE1_11EAS,, the board of fifteen freeholders elected..at I a special
election held in the City of Yakima on.the 16th day of September,1929, for:the purpose
of framing a City Charter for-the City of Yakima, Washington, did on the 4th day of
Oct�ber,1929, complete::a proposed charter for said City; and
WHEREAS, the same, has been duly-filed. with and submitted to the City
Commission of the 07ity of Yakima,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T1-?E CITY COPJ JISSION' OF THE CITY OF
YAKIMA, WASHINGTON:
That said Charter. be published in the.-Yakima Daily Republic-and theYakima
Morning Herald; two daily - newspapers published- in said City, :for thirty days,. and the
City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said publication.to be made accordingly, and
payment for the sameis hereby authorized at the conclusion thereof.
