7IASHINGTON: -
That it is the intention of the City. Commission of the City of Yakinla, Wash ington,
to improve Race Street and. South Eighth. and South Ninth Streets in the City of Yakima
Washington, by the construction of Portland, cerrient concrete sidewalks and crosswalks
five feet in width alone the south side of Race Street from South Sixth Street to Fai
Avenue and along both sides of South Eighth Street and of South Ninth Street from
Race Street to the south line of Bungalow Addition, and. six feet in width along the

west side of South Eighth Street to Fast 1V1_Lple Street, all in accordance with plans
and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City engineer, and filed with the
City Clerk.
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed, improvement are
hereby notified to appear_ and present such objections at a meeting. of the City Comm-
ission to be held at its office in the Cite Office Build.ing in the City of Yakima,
71ashinoton, at the hour of mine o'clock A.Td. on I-,Tonday, the 21st day, of October,1929,
which time and. place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters, relating to said.

That it is the. intention of the City Commission of the City of Yakirea,
i ?ashington to improve First Avenue South from the southerly line of West Walnut
Street to the southerly line of `Nest Pine Street, in the City of Yakima, by grading
and raving the same with a one course Portland cement concrete pavement, forty eight
(48) feet .in width, by constructing the necessary service connections from the sewers
located in said avenue to the marginal lines of the Proposed pavement, and by doing
all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance
ti,:ith plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City; engineer.
The district to be benefitted by this impr:)ve<nent is bounded as follows:
Beginning on the southerly line of West 's'lalnut Street- at the easterly line of First
Avenue South, thence easterly along the southerly line _of West 1alnut Street to a
line parallel with and 200 feet easterly from the easterly line of First Avenue South

6,1924, and filed for recoi:d June 12,1925, and recorded in Volume 240 of Deeds,page
496, records of the Auditor of Ya1 ima, County, :Uasliington, to the City of Yal ;imna, a
municipal corporation, gave and granted unto the City of Yakima a certain perpetual
easement and righhtof way for the cons truction,maintenance and operat ion of an
irrigation water pipe line and. sewer across certain property described in said. deed,

WHEREAS, the present owners of said. property, to -wit: J.D.Keck and Alva L.K_eck,
husband. and wife, are desirous of having said easement deed above described, corrected
and. give a new and correct easement deed to the City of Yakima, a municipal corporation
