Commission of the City of Yakinla, Wash ington, to improve Race Street and. South Eighth. and South Ninth Streets in the City of Yakima Washington, by the construction of Portland, cerrient concrete sidewalks and crosswalks five feet in width alone the south side of Race Street from South Sixth Street to Fai Avenue and along both sides of South Eighth Street and of South Ninth Street from Race Street to the south line of Bungalow Addition, and. six feet in width along the 222 September 30th,1929 . west side of South Eighth Street to Fast 1V1_Lple Street, all in accordance with plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City engineer, and filed with the City Clerk.
