Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call. Moved by Dud.ley,seconded. by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday; September 9th,1929, be approved as read;carried,Dudley,ITiedges and Coonse voting ale on roil call. Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dudley, that the bond of J J.DeB"lasio,contractor, in the sum of e663.50 ,for constructing a sidewalk on Eighteenth Avenue South, from Division Street to 1Aaclaren'Street is hereb y approved and filed with the City Clerk;carried, Dud.ley,tiedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO-A-1173, entitled: "An Ordinance relating to public health and sanitation; requiring a physical examination of persons engaged in the handling of food, food stuffs and food products, and forbidding the employment of persons to be so engaged without such examination; providing a penalty for the violation thereof; and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Dudley,. and read by the City Clerk.
