ORDINANCE NO.A- 1154,entitled.: "An Ordinance providing for the construction of a concrete sidewalk upon a certain street in the City of Yakima, establishing a local improvement district, providing a method of payment therefor, and creating a special fund. ", was introduced. by Coonse and read. by the City Clerk. Moved by Dudley,seconded. by Hedges, that Ordinance No-A-11-54 be passed to'its second- reading and read by title only; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call._ Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that Ordinance No-A-1154 be passed to its third- readi g and read in full;.carried.,Dudley,Hedges and.
