Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, I'la.y 27th, 1929, and adjourned raeet ing thereof be approved as read; carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO.A- 1154,entitled.: "An Ordinance providing for the construction of a concrete sidewalk upon a certain street in the City of Yakima, establishing a local improvement district, providing a method of payment therefor, and creating a special fund. ", was introduced. by Coonse and read. by the City Clerk. Moved by Dudley,seconded. by Hedges, that Ordinance No-A-11-54 be passed to'its second- reading and read by title only; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call._ Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that Ordinance No-A-1154 be passed to its third- readi g and read in full;.carried.,Dudley,Hedges and. Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice to contractors by publication as required. by law for constructing a cement side- walk along the west .side of Eighteenth Avenu ®,south 5 feet in width from Division Street to Mcl:aren Street in Local ImproveL,.ent District No-466, said bids to be received on Nonday,June 17th,1929, at 10 o'clock A.M. carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
