NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that sealed bids will be received by the City of Yakima,. at the office of the City Clerk at the City Hall of said City of Yakima, Washington, up to the hour of 10 o'clock A.M. on the 20th day of June,1929, for the purchase of said issue of bonds, at which tirne said sealed bids will beL' publicly open6d-and considered. Said bids shall specify (a) the lowest rate of interest and premium, if any, above par at which-such bidder will purchase said bond.s;. or, (b) the lowest rate of interest at which the bidder will purchase said bonds at par, the bonds to be sold to the bidder making the best-bid, subject to the right of the corporate authorities to reject any and-all bids and re- advertise. All bids shall be sealed and except the -bid of one is received, shall be accompanied by a deposit of 5 certified check of the amount of the bid, which will be accepted.
