That it is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Yakima,
Washington, t o improve East Walnut Street .from ' South- Third Street to South Seventh
Street by the 'construction of a Portland ce,1ent concrete sidewalk six feet in width
along the south side thereof, excepting in front of hot 1 of Block-73 of the City of
Yllikilma-, according to the ,offickal plat thereof on file - and of record in the office of
tine County Auditor of Yakima. County., Washington, and by doing all such other work .as may
be necessary in connection therewith,- all in accordance with plans,-profiles and speci-
fications the refer to be prepared by the City. Engineer and filed wi'th ',the City Clerk.
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are .hereby

RESOLUTION NO.B -1078, BE IT. . ESOL ±.D BY THE CITY 00181ISSION OF THS CITY OF YAKIASA,
V'IASHINGT ON:
That it is the intention of the' City Commission of said City of Yakima,
1ashington, to improve Lots two to thirteen, both inclusive., and the north 50 feet of
Lot 1 and that part of Lot 14 lying south of.'the' Natchez and Cowychee ditch, all in
Chareve Park in the City of Yakima,lNashington, and all of said property being a part
of said City of Yakima, by the construction of a vitrified, clay pipe sewer .a.long the
following lines:. Beginning at the sewer heretofore constructed on Twenty -third Avenue
North at its intersection with a line two feet south of the north line. of Lot 26 in
Chareve Park produced thence westerly along said line 172.5 feet, thence south parallel
with the east line of Lots 1 to 13 in Chareve Park to a point 17.6-feet south of the
north line .of said Lot 1, the first 172.5 feet of said sewer to be 8 inches in inside
diameter, and the reT;lainder of said sewer to be 6 inches .in,:.inside diameter, said, sewer
to be provided with three manholes, one flush tank and' seventeen wye branches and by
doing all:such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith; all in accordant
with plans and specif icati.ons therefor to be prepared by the City Engineer and to be
filed with- the . City Cl.e,,rk.
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby
notified to� appear and.present such objections at a meeting of the City Com- fission to
be held at its. offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Washington,
