Moved. by Coonse , seconded. by Hedges, that the City Engineer -having reported the
satisfactory completion of the improverlent of paving the alley in Block 12,Local
Improvement District No.457, by the Contractor, Geo.PJf.Sava:ge Company in the sure of
X3,251.30, said, work is hereby accepted arid. the City engineer instri2eted to -r)rQpare
an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice
of the hearing on said, roll for htonday,May 6th, 1929, at 9 O'clock 1' -111. carried,

Telephone arid. Telegraph Company a franchise for doing .a general telephone and tele-

ORDINANCE NO.A-- 1144,entitled.: "An Ordinance providing for the borrowing of money by
the City -,f Ya ima and issuing its negotiable,serial, interest bearing coupon bonds
therefor, for the purpose of red.eem�ing outstanding warrants on the Municipal ,eater
Fund, together with the accrued interest thereon, of the .city of Yakima,prescribing
the form of bonds and interest ", was introduced. by Coonse and read, by the City Clerk.
