The City Commission met in- regular session,Iayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Coonse voting aye on roll call. `
Moved by Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
March 25th,1J29, be approved. as read;carried,Dud.ley;Hedges.and Coonse voting aye on roll
call.
Moved. by Coonse, seconded by hedges, that the application of C.D.Hessey for permission
to erect and maintain a gasoline service station on Lots 31 and 32 Block 7, City of
Yakima on North Front Street is hereby granted;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting
aye -on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A -1143, entitled.: "An Ordinance granting to H.S.Turner the right to locate
lay d.own, c onstruct ,rraintG in and. operate a pipe lire twelve inches (12 ") in inside
diameter for irrigation purposes in,along and, upon certain streets and. alleys within
the limits of the City of Yakirria,Washington ",was introduced by Coonse and read by the
City Clerk.
