The City Commission ,net in-regular session,Mayor Dudley and. Commissioners Hedges and
Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley, seconded: by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday
March 18th, 1929, be approved as read; carried,Dudley,Hedges and. Coonse voting aye on
roll call.
ORDINANCE NO A- 1142,entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of certain
streets in the City of Yakima ,',ashingtbn, by grad.ing and paving the same with a one
course concrete pavement, a "Vibrolithic" concrete payer�ent, or an asphaltic concrete
pavement, and by. constructing an eight inch vitrified clay pipe sewer, establishing
a Local Improvement District, providing the method. of payment therefor, aryl creating a
special fund. ", was introduced. by Coonse and read by the City Clerk.

notice to contractorsby publication as required by law for paving South Front Street
from East Walnut Street to Last Spruce Street and East Spruce Street from South Front
Street to South First Street and the alley extending northerly and - southerly through
Block Thirteen, as created. and established. by Ordinance No-A-1142, in Local Impro vement
District No.462, said 'aids to be received on Monday, April 8th,1929, at 10 o'clock

read as
follows:

"Section 2"
The following prices are fixed for all unsold. property in Sections "A" and "B"
which prices include perpetual care.
Section "A"
All that portion of Section "A" lying east of the east line of Block 10,29
and. 48 shall be sold at the rate of 1o'20.00 per lot. All that portion of Section "A"
lying west of the east line o -f Blocks 10,29 and 48 shall be sold at the rate of-$30.00
per lot or $125::00 per quarter block. It is hereby further provided., however, that
:Blocks 2,3,4,5,6,7,32 ,33,34,35,36,37,40,41,42,43,44 and 45 be and they are hereby set
aside as the Rotter's Field for which. no charge is made except the .charge for- digging
the graves, which shall be collected. whenever possible.
Section "B"
All of Section "B" shall be sold at the rate of $ &5.00 per quarter block.
The following prices are hereby fixed for all unsold property i•n Sections
"C ", "D" and "E ", which prices include the perpetual care charge provided for in
Ordinance No.A -257.
Section "C "•
All of Section "C" shall be sold at the rate of $30.00 per quarter block
except that Blocks 3, 4, 58, 59, 67 and 68 are hereby reserved, for the burial of , infants,
allowing tutu graves per lot for which the price is fixed. at $10.00 per grave.
Section "D "•
All of Section "D" shall be sold. at the rate of $75.00 per lot, or $350.00
per quarter block.-
Section "E "-
All of Section "E" shall be sold at the rate of $60.00 per lot, or •$275.00
per quarter block.
I.O.O.F
All of the section reserved. for I.O.O.F shall be sold at the rate of $25.Q0
per lot or $100.00 pe r quarter block.
MASONIC
All of the section reserved for Masons shall be sold at the rate of $25.00
per_ lot, or $100.00 per quarter block.
