BE I T RES OLVED BY THE CITY C OI�iIMISSI ON OF T i, CITY OF YA U,1A ,WASHI1,TGT0IT: That Section 2 of Resolution No.B -415 be amended to read as follows: SC , +, UIE OF PRICKS "Section 2" The following prices are fixed for all unsold. property in Sections "A" and "B" which prices include perpetual care. Section "A" All that portion of Section "A" lying east of the east line of Block 10,29 and. 48 shall be sold at the rate of 1o'20.00 per lot. All that portion of Section "A" lying west of the east line o -f Blocks 10,29 and 48 shall be sold at the rate of-$30.00 per lot or $125::00 per quarter block. It is hereby further provided., however, that :Blocks 2,3,4,5,6,7,32 ,33,34,35,36,37,40,41,42,43,44 and 45 be and they are hereby set aside as the Rotter's Field for which. no charge is made except the .charge for- digging the graves, which shall be collected. whenever possible. Section "B" All of Section "B" shall be sold at the rate of $ &5.00 per quarter block.
