and. Coonse voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Coonse-, seconded-by Hedges that-this being the time for the hearing on
Resolution No.B -1068, and there being--no objections in writing or.-otherwise to said
improvement or any part thereof; it :is ordered. that the ordinance creating a Local
Improvement District be passed. as finally read.;carrie-d,Dudley absent, Commissioners
Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll' call.
ORDINANCE NO.A- 1138,entitled: "An Ordinance provid.ing.for the improvement of property in
the City of Yakirna,'Washington, by constructing the necessary pipe lines and appurtenan-
ces and acquiring the necessary water and water rights in order to supply various lots
and tracts of land. with water for irrigation and domestic purposes ", was introduced. by
Hedges and read by the City Clerk.

attached for the.payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced. by'Coonse
and. read by the City Clerk.

Moved. by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that the bids to be received.for constructing
and furnishing materials for a re- inforced concrete culvert for 'the Natchez and
Cowychee Ditch and for a re- inforced concrete headworks for City Irrigation System.
on We.st Chestnut Street, be rejected on account-of unfavorable weather conditions
making.it impossible to complete the contract by the, time water would have to be
turned into the ditch and the work is hereby .abandoned.;carried.,Dudley absent,
Commissioners.Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Hedges, seconded by Coonse, that -Rev.W D. Robinson be re- appointed.. to serve
as Trustee on the Library Board for the ensuing year and until his successor is duly
ar)po.in.ted.. a.nd. has qualified.;carried,Dudley absent, Commissioners . Hedges and Coonse
voting aye on roll call.
