December 24th,1928, and adjourned Meeting thereof be approved. as read.;carried,Dud.ley,
Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO.B- 1067,1=T.EIEREAS, the present Chief of Police has resigned, said resignation
to be effective at mid.night,December 31st,1928;and
VTHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a Chief of Police;
NO�tV, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C01'IIIIISSION OF THE CITY
OF YAKIMA ,WASHINGTON:
. That J.E. Sullivan be, and. he is hereby, appointed-Chief of Police
of the City of Yakima,111ashington, said. appointment to be effective as of January 1,1929.
10 IT FURTHER RE'SOLVE'D that the said JZ. Sullivan qualify by
executing an oath and posting a bond as required by the Ordinances of the City of Yakima.
