RESOLUTION NO.B- 1067,1=T.EIEREAS, the present Chief of Police has resigned, said resignation to be effective at mid.night,December 31st,1928;and VTHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a Chief of Police; NO�tV, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C01'IIIIISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA ,WASHINGTON: . That J.E.
