The City Commission met in regular session,lfiayor Dudley absent,- COmmissioners,Hedges and.
Co.dnse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Hedges, seconded by Coonse, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday
December 3rd ,-1928, be approved as read;carried, Commissioners Hedges and Coonse voting
aye on roll call,Dudley absent.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that thi -s being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in Local Improvement District No-458,-and there being no objections in
writing 'or otherwise to said assessment roll -or any part -thereof-; it is ordered that
the ordinance confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof be passed as
finally _read.;carried,Dud.le -y absent, Commissioners Hedge -s and. Coonse voting aye on roll
call.

That it is the intention of the City Commission to improve -hots 7,8,9,10, 11
and 1 in Block 1 of Laurelhurst ^Ad.dition in ,the City of Yaki ?n-a,Washington, by the
constru tion of a vitrified clay pipe sewer, -six inches in inside diameter, along the
followin described lines:
eginning at the sewer now being constructed between `:lest Yakima Avenue and
t Chestnut Street at its intersection with Twenty Third . Avenue South and
ex t nding thence north along Twenty Third Avenue South to the north side of
West 'akinq-a Avenue, thence west along the north side of West Yakima Avenue
`to a p nt thirty feet east of the east line of Twenty-Fourth Avenue,
said. sewer 'to be prov•ded with one manhole,one automatic flush tank and five wye
branches, being one wye branch for each of the above described lots; and by doing all
such, other work as may b necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with the
plans and. specifications t refor to. be prepared by the City Engineer and filed with th
City Clerk.
All persons who may sire to obje -ct to said, proposed improvement are hereby
notified to appear and present su objections at a meeting of the City Commission to
be held. at its offices in the City Tice Building in the .City of Yaki- ma,lVashingt on,at
the hour of 9:00 o' clock A•M. , Monday the 24th day of December,1928, which time and
place are hereby fixed for the hearing ' all matters relating to said proposed improve
ment, all objections thereto and for Bete : -ining the method of payment therefor, and th
City Clerk is hereby directed to give due tice of said hearing and the intention to
make the aforesaid improvement.
The cost and expense of said. improver nt...,.sha.11 be borne .by and assessed
against all of the property legally and properly ssessable therefor, as provided by
law, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to su iit to the City Commission at or
prior to the time fixed herein for said hearing, all the data and other information
required by law to be submitted by him.
