Moved by Dud.ley,second.ed by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, November 26th,1928, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read; carried, Dudley, Hedger and. IT .RES0LT.c�D BY THE CITY 0013 1 SST ON -OF TIME CITY Or YAKIMA, WAcHINGTON; That- it--is the intention of" the- City Cor_rnnission to improve hots 7,8,9,10 11 and 12 in Block 1 of Laurelhurst Addition in the City of Yakima,ffashington, by the construction of a vitrified clay pipe sewer; six inches in inside diameter, along the following described lines: Beginning at the sewer now being constructed between West- Yakima Avenue and. West Chestnut Street at its intersection with Twenty Third--Avenue South, and extending; thence north along Twenty Third Avenue,South to the north side of lest Yakima Avenue, thence west .along -the north side of West Yakima Avenue to a point thirty feet east of the east line of Twenty Fourth Avenue, said sewer to be provided with one manhole; one automatic flush tank and five wye branches, being one wye branch for each of ,the above described lots; and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with the plans and. specifications therefor to be prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such-objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Washington, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A.M. Monday, the. 24th day of December,1928, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed. improvement, all objections thereto and for determining the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and. the intention to make the aforesaid improvement. The :cost and expense of said. improvement shall be borne -by and assessed against all of the property legally ancl. properly assessable therefor, as provided by law, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to the time fixed herein for said hearing, .all of the data-and other information required by law to be submitted by him.
