Moved by Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday
November =l 3th,1928, be approved as read.; carri ed,Dud.ley, Hedges and Coonse voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dudley, that the City Engineer having• reported in writin
the completion of the- c-onstruct-ion of a ce.xent sidewalk on � "F" Street in-Local,
Imorove:.qent District No.458, by the contractor, J.hi.DeBlasio, in the sum of $862.89,
and. it appearing that said work is satisfactory; it is hereby ordered that said im-
provement be accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll
for said-district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing-on said roll
for Ilonday,December 10th,1928, at 9 o'clock A. M. carried, Dudley, Hedges arid. Coonse votin;
aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in Local Improvement District No-453, and there being no protests in
writing or otherwise to said assess. ent , or any part thereof, it is ordered that the
ordinance confirming the assessment roll-in said, district and every part thereof,be
passed as finally 'read;carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
OR- DINANCE NO-A-1125, entitled: "An Ordinance co:firming the Assessment Roll covering
Local Improvement District No.453, as created and. established by Ordinance No.A -1105
of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima ", was introduced-by Coonse and-read by the
Clerk.

of City Attorney to fill the vacancy of Dolph Barnett,resigned said office to commence
on the 14th day of January,1929, and to -continue until his successor has been appointed
and qualified; the. - salary for said _office to be the sum of $2500.00 per year;carried,

Police Judge, said term of office to cairThence on January 1st, 1929, and to continue
until his successor has been duly appointed and qualified, the salary for said office

call.
