The City Commission met in regular session,Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges
and Coonse. voting aye on. roll. call.
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes -of the regular meeting of
Monday, November 5th;1928, be approved as read ;carried,Dud.Iey,Hedges and-Coonse
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dudley, that the bond. of A.B. Coleman, be fixed at
the sum of ;m2000.oO for completing the contract for hauling garbage assigned by
H.R. Jones to 'said A.B.Co- leiran as -of November Lst,1928, and to-expire December
31st,1929;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that the bond of R.A. Geary,Contradtor, in
the sum of $7248-.15 for constructing a sewer on `«Vest Chestnut Street in Local
Improvement District No.459, is hereby approved and placed-on' file with the City
C1erk;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded- by Hedge -s, that the application of 'J.NI.DeBlasio,contract
or, for completing the construction of the sewer on South First Avenue in Local
Improvement District No -456, for a-15 day extension of time to December Ist,1928,
is hereby granted and the consent of the Bonding Company for extension of time is
hereby granted and filed with the City Clerk;ca.rried,Dudley,Hed'ges and Coonse
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that the following payroll be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants the ref or; carried, Dudley, Hedges and Coonse
voting aye on roll cull.
