The City Commi ;sion Diet in regular session;Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the.minutes of the regular meeting• of Monday,
October 15th,1928, be approved as read;carried,Dudley,Hedges an_I Coonse voting aye on
roll call.
OR'7INANCE NO.A -1124, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of property
in the City of Yakima,71ashington, by the construction of vitrified clay pipe sewers,
establishing a Local Improvement- District, - providing for the method of payment• therefo ,
and creating. a special fund ", was introduced by Coonse and. read by the City Clerk,
Moved, by Hedges, seconded. by Coonse, that Ordinance No.A -1124 be parsed to its second
reading and read by title only;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll cal
Moved by. Hedges, seconded by Coonse, that Ordinance No.A -1124 be passed to its third
reading and, read in full;'carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse- voting aye-on roll call.
Moved by Hedges-, seconded by Coonse, that Ordinance No.A -1124 be passed as final ly rea ;
carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that the City" ::Clerk is hereby authorized to give
notice to contractors by publication as required by law for receiving bids for the
construction of a sewer in Local Improvement District No-4_59, created by Ordinance
No.A -1124, passed by the City Commission on this date; said bids to be received on
Monday,November 5th,1928, at 10 o'clock A.M. carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting
aye on roll call.

City Clerk• authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried, Dudley,Hed.ges and Coonse voti g
