Coonse voting aye on roll cal 1.
Loved by Dudley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
September 24th,1928, be approved as read;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on
roll call.

streets in the City of Yakima,Washington, by grading and paving the same with a one
course Portland cement concrete pavement, establishing a Local Improvement District
pr'ovid.ing the method of payment therefor, and creating a special fund ",was introduced
by Coonse and read by the City Clerk.

The City Commission Met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges
and .Coonse voting aye on roil call.
Moved by Dudle y,seconded by Coonse, that the bonds of S.A.Wilson, for constructing a
sidewalk on South Fourth Street in Local Improvement District No.455, in the sum of
$682:50 and the bond of J.Id. DeBlasio for constructing a server on First Avenue South in
Local Improvement District No. 456, in the sun of $7388.55 are hereby approved and filed
with the City Clerk;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye ,on r_)ll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A -1119, entitled: "An Ordinance fixing the amount of the tax levies
necessary to raise the amount of the estimated expenditures of the City of Yakima, for
the ensuing year, to be levied upon the real and personal property of said City, was
introduced by Hedges and i?read by the City Clerk.
