NO.B- 1056,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C0104ISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIlv1A, WASHINGTON: That it is the intention of the City Corrmrission of the City of Yakima,Vlashington, to improve the west side of Fair Avenue from Adams Avenue to Pacific Avenue, by the constr. ctio.n of a concrete walk five feet in width, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans,profiles and speci fications therefor to be prepared by the City Eng -ineer and filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a teeting of the City Commission toG' be held. at. its office in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima,llashington, at the hour of nine o'clock A.M.- on Hond.ay, , the 13th day of August ,1928, which-time and. place are hereby fined for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed. improve - ment, all objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor, and. the City Clerk is hereby directed to* give due notice of said hearing and of the inten- tion to make the aforesaid improvement.
