Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that.the City Engineer having reported the comple-
tion of the imp_r•ovement. in Local Improver!ient District No.448, by force account in -the
sum of $462.45,-it is ordered that said improvement be accepted and tree • City Engineer
authorized to prepare an assessment roll therefor 'and the City Clerk shall give notice
of hearing on said assessr: ent roll for Monday,August * 6th,1928, at 9 o'clock A.M.

RESOLUTION N0.B= 1055,WHF.+AS_., the Public Library of the City of -Yakir.2a,Washington, has
made certain repairs and alterations to said. library and has purchased equipment and
supplies therefor, and
VTHEREAS, the City of Yakima has advanced the necessary funds for said improve -
ments and equipment in the sum of $2687.70 from the Bond Sinking Fund, and
SiiT-3EREAS, the sum of $2687.70 advanced by the City of Yakima from the Bond
Sinking Fund is property payable from the Library Fund of said City;

the sum of $2687.70 be paid. from the Library Fund. as follows:

All deferred payments to bear interest at the rate of 5% per annum beginning
on the first day of July 1928; said. interest to be added each year to the
annual payment hereinbefore provided for.
The Library Fund of the City of Yakima shall have t-he right to pay any amount
they desire upon.Ahe contract at any payment time provided that such payment in no case
shall be less than the annual payment above provided for.
ADOPTED by the City Commission this 16th day of July,1928.
