ORDINANCE NO.A- 1100,entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of certain
_streets in the City of Yalcima,77ashington, by grading and paving the same, establishing
a Local Improve >�ent District, providing the method of payment therefor, and creating a
"special fund", was introduced by Coonse and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Coonse, that Ordinance No..A -1100 be 'bassed -to its second
reading and read- by title only;carried,Dudley,Hedges and. Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Coonse, that Ordinance No.A-1100 be passed to its third.

publication as required by law, for paving South Sixteenth Avenue and other streets in
the City of Yakirza, in Local Improvement District No.452;. * said bids to be received on
Mond.ay,July 23rd,1928, at 10 o'clock A.M.carried,Dud.ley,Hedges and Codnse voting aye on
roll ' call.
