June 18th,1928 .
The City Commission inlet in regular- session,Mallor Dudley and Commissio'lers Hedges and
Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dud.ley,seconded bl, Coonse, that the minutes of the regular meetinu of June 11th
1928, be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor;carr.ied,Dudley
Hed-es and Coonse voting aye on rail cell.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time for receiving; bids for the
construction of a vitrified clay pipe sewer. system from Barge Street to West Yakima .
Avenue and. Homewood Addition to Twenty Sixth Avenuenin Local Improvement District No.451
the following.were received: R.A.Geary,$683.40; J.ItI.DeBlasio, 976.70;Midstate Contract
Co., $1145.50; Engineer's Estima,te,$695.00:the bid of R.A;Geary in the sum of YA683.4-
being the lowest and best bid said contract. aws awarded to him and. the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute a contract on behalf of said city upon the filing of the
proper bond as required by law;carri.ed,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dudley, that this being the time for receiving bids for the
construction of an irrigation water.system in Block 4,Hillcrest Addition, from South
Twentieth Avenues north to Division Street in Local Improvement District No-'450, the
follow -ing were received: J.IVI.DeBlasio in the sum of $753.70;Midstate Contract Co.,
4850.00;Lngineer's Estimate, $684.50; the bid of J.IVI.DeBlasio in the sum of $753.70
being the lowest and best bid, said contract was awarded to him and the. Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute a contract on behalf of said City upon the filing of the
proper bond-as required by law; carried,Dudley,Hed.ges and Coonse voting aye on , roll cal 1.
Moved by Hedges, seconded by Dudley, that the following payrolls be allowed. and. the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor.;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye
on roll call.
