RESOLUTION NO.B -1053, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C1011MISSI-ON OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: All persons- who may desire to object to said- proposed improvement are hereby notified to appearand present such objections at a meeting of the. City Commission to be held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima,Washington, at the hour of nine o'clock A.M. on Monday, the 2nd day of July,1928, which time and. place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, all objections thereto and for determining the method of payment therefor, and the City Cler is hereby directed. to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement. The cost and. expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law and the City Engineer is hereby directed tp submit to the City Commission, at or prior t the date fixed herein for said. hearing, all of the data and other information required by law to be submitted by him. That it is its intention to improve Sixteenth Avenue South from Division Street t Lenox Avenue,. Seventeenth Avenue South from Division Street• to- Bonnie Doan Avenue, Eighteenth Avenue South from Division Street to Maclaren Street, and Bonnie Doon Avenue, from Sixteenth Avenue South to Twentieth Avenue South,by grading and. paving the same wit either a.one course Portland cement concrete pavement, a "Vibrolithic" concrete pavement or a pavement having a Portland cement concrete ba -se and. either a bituminous concrete wearing surface or'a "Bitulithic" wearing surface, by constructing concrete curbs along each side. of said pavements, the curb on the east -side of Sixteenth Avenue South to be s.ixteen (16) feet from and parallel with the center line -of said avenue from Division Street to the point where the street car track (bnters said-avenue and. Ie•ighteen (18) feet from and parallel with said center line from said -car tract to West Washington Street, the curb on the west side of Sixteenth Avenue South to be sixteen (.16) feet from and .parallel with the center -line -of said avenue from Division Street for a distance of one hundred seventy five (175 -) feet southward,,eighteen (18) feet from and. parallel with said center line from a point two hundred. (200) feet south of Divi.s.ion Street to the point where the street car track leaves said avenue and sixteen (16).feet from and parallel with said center -line froip said car track to Lenox Avenue, the curbs on Seventeenth Avenue South,Eighteenth Avenue South and on Bonnie Doon-Avenue to be twelve (12)•feet- f.rom,parallei whtn and upon each side of the centerl lines of said avenues, by construct ing pipes and drains where necessary for drainage and irrigation purposes, by construct- ing sidewalk approaches at street intersections, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with-plans and specifications therefor t10 be prepared by the City Engineer and. to be filed with the City Clerk.
