RESOLUTION NO.B- 1049,7HFREAS, a petition has been filed requesting the establishment of a Local Improvement Distridt for the purpose of constructing the necessary pipe lines and appurtenances, and acqui.ring the necessary water and water rights and rights of way,.in order to supply various lot.s,parcels and. tracts of land with water for. irrigation and. domestic purposes, which.said local improvement district is to receive.it.s water supply through the pipe lines of Local Improvement District No.308 of the City of Yakiraa,Washingt n; and �'dH�=I AS, it .i s deemed expedient by the City Conmrission that a local improve- ment district be formed for the purpose of constructing the necessary pipe lines and appurtenances, and.-acquiring the necessary water and water rights and rights of way in order to supply various lots, parcels and tracts of land with water for irrigation and domestic purposes;. NO9,TTU13RE'FO_RE, BE IT RESOL I43D BY THE CITY 001,94ISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKI11k, WAS,HINGTON: That the City of Yakima intends. °and hereby declares its intention to improve the following described property in the City of Yakima, "Vashington, to -wit : Beginning at the intersection of the east line of Sixteenth Avenue North and the north line of Garfield Avenue extended, thence north along the east line of Sixteenth Avenue North 260 feet to the south lire of IdcKinley. TON: That it is its intention to improve-Nineteenth Avenue South, from West Chestnut Street to Division Street by grading and paving the same with either a one course Por"t- land cement concrete pavement, a "Vibrolithic" concrete pavement, or a pavement having a Portland. cement- concrete base and either a bituminous concrete wearing surface or a "Bitulithic" wearing surface, -the pavement to be twenty -four (24) feet in width, by con - structing concrete curbs along each side of said pavement, ,by constructing a reinforced concrete culvert where the pavement is to cross the Naches and Cowiche Ditch., and by doinj all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be.prepared by the City Engineer and to be filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby - notified to appear and present wuch objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yaki:ma,Vksaiington, at the hour of nine o'clock A.M. on Monday, the' 30th day of April,1928-; which time and. place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said-proposed improvement, all objections thereto, a nd for determining the- method=-of payment therefor, and the City Cler is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the - aforesaid improvement.
