SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Council: Mayor Mary Place, presiding, Council Members Lynn Buchanan,
Paul George, and Larry Mattson
Staff: City Manager Zais, City Attorney Paolella and City Clerk Roberts
Absent: Council Members Clarence Barnett, John Puccinelli and Bernie Sims
(All Council members were present during Executive Session)
2. Executive Session regarding prospective litigation (please allow 30 minutes)
BUCHANAN MOVED AND GEORGE SECONDED TO MOVE INTO EXECUTIVE
SESSION FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DISCUSSING PROSPECTIVE LITIGATION. The motion carried by unanimous voice
vote.

3. Adjournment
Following the Executive Session, the meeting adjourned at 2:02 p.m.
