The City Commission i-net in regular session,Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley,seconded. by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting cf- Monday,
February 20th, ]_928, and adjourned meeting thereof, be approved as r. ead; carried,Dudl ey,
:edges and. Coonse voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A- 1092,entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of certain
streets in the City of Yakima ,Nash ington; by grading and. paving the same, establishing'
a Local Improvement District, providing --the method of payment therefor, and. creating a'
special fund. ", was introduced by Coonse and. read. by the Uity Clerk.
Moved by Dudley,seconded. by Coonse, that Ordinance No.A -1092 be passed to its second
reading and. read by title only;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley,seconded by Coonse, that Ordinance No.A -1092 be passed to its third
reading and read in full;carried,Dudley,Hedges and. Coonse voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Coonse, seconded. by Hedges, that the City Clerk give notice to contractors by
publication as required by law for paving Second Avenue south from West Yakima Avenue
to Walnut Street in Local Improvement District No-446; said bids to be received bn
Monday,Varch 12th,1928, at 10 o'clock A.M. carried,Dudley,Hed.ges and Coonse voting aye
on roll call.

Avenue south, in Local Improverent District No.447; said bids to be received on Monday,

call.
