The City 'Commission met in regular sessiin.Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Coonse .voting: -aye on -roll call.
Moved by Dud:ley,second.ed by Hedges, that the minutes of the regu.l.ar meeting of Monday,
February 6th,1928, be ,approved as read;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse vo.ting aye on
roll call.
Proved by Coonse,-seconded by Hedges, that the form of contract submitted by R.J.
Dunnigan,between the Pacific Ry Co., and the City of Yakima for the City's share-of
expense in constructing the Walnut Street Grade Crossing, was approved;carried,Dudley,
Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call."
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that the improvement of Park Avenue by Resolution
No.B -1044, be abandoned for the reason that more than Seventy -five per cent of the
property owners objected thereto;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll
call.
Loved by Coonse; seconded by Hedges, that the following payrolls from January'30th,
to February 11th,1928, be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants
therefor;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
