RESOLUTION NO.B- 1046,BE IT RESOLVED BY, THE, CITY CCIAMISSION OF,-THE CITY OF YAKIMA,
WASHINGTON:
That it is the intention of the • City Commission of the City of Yakima,Vlashington,
to improve Second Avenue South from West Yakima Avenue to West Walnut Street by grading
and paving the same with either a one course Portland cement concrete pavement, a
"vibrolithi.c" 'concrete pavement, ar a pavement having a Portland cement concrete base
and either a bituminous concrete wearing surface or a "Bitulithic" wearing surface, the
pavement to be 60 feet in width, by constructing concrete curbs along each side of said
Avenue and by doing all such other work-as may be necessary in connection therewith,
all in accordance with.the plans and specifications therefor, prepared by the City
Engineer and. filed with the City Clerk.-
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby
notified to appear and present such objections at - a meeting of the City Commission to
be held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima,`,Vashington, at
the hour of 9'o'elock A.M. on Monday, the 20th day of February,1928, which time and
place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improve
ment, all objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor, and
the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the inten-
tion to make the aforesaid improvement.
The cost and' expense of Said improvement shall be borne b'y and assessed against
all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law, and
the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to th
date fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other information required by
law to. be submitted by him.
ADOPTED by the City Commission this 30th day of January,1928.

.January 23rd,1928 be approved as read;carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting-,aye on
roll call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time and place for the
,hearing
on Resolution No-B-1044 for constructing a sidewalk on Park Avenue and there being.!�a
protest entered against said improvement a further hearing will be had on Monday,
February 6th,1928, at 9 o'clock A.TA. carried,Dudley,Hedges and Coonse voting aye on roll
call. "
RESOLUTION NO.B -1045, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIJMISSION OF TIM, CITY OF YAKIMA,
'NA'SHINGTON:
That it is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Yakima,
131 ashington, to improve Eighteenth Avenue South from Wiest Chestnut Street to Division
Street and Bell Street. from Eighteenth Avenue South to Seventeenth Avenue South, by
grad.ing and paving the same with either a one course Portland cement concrete pavement,
a "Vibrolithic" concrete pavement, or a pavement having a Portland cement concrete base
and either a bituminous concrete wearing surface or a "Bi.tulithic" wearing surface, the
pavements to be 24 feet in width, by constructing co:nerete curbs along each side of said
pavements, and by doing all such other work as may be. necessary in connection therewith,
all in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, prepared by the City
Engineer.,.and filed with the City Clerk..
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed- improvement are hereby
notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be
'held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Washington, at
the hour of 9 o'clock A.M. on Monday,, the 20th day of February, 1928, which time and
place are hereby fixed for the hearing, of all matters relating 'to said proposed improve=
ment, all objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor, and
the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the-inten-
tion to make the aforesaid.improvement.
The cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed
against all,of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law
and the City Engineer-is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to
the date fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other information required
by law to be submitted -by him.
