Moved by Washburn, seconded by;Clark that the City Engineer having heretofore reported on the completion of constructing curbs nnl gutters on 12th Avenue and other streets in the City of Yakima in Local Improvement District No. 552; it is ordered that said improvement be accented and the' City Engineer authorized to prepare 'an assessment roll for' said district, and. the City Clerk instructed to give notice of hearing on said assessment roll for Monday, February 19th, 1940 at ten o'clock'A.
