Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, December 11th, 1939 be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrant, as follows: City Street $1642.24; Crusher $345.48; Cemetery $132.00; L.I.D. & Irrigation $$531.87 and Park $140.00: carried, Riley Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the City Engineer having reported the com- pleti,on of the construction of a sewer system. in ]Local Improveme -nt District No. 545, - said work Is hereby accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk is. hereby instructed to give notice of hear - ing•on said roll for Monday, January 8th, 1940 at ten o'clock A.
