The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call:'
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, November 27th, 1939 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried,
Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on 'roll ca-11.
Moved by Riley, seconded by .Washburn that the following payrolls beallowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants in paymnet therefor as follows: Street Dept.
$971.97; Crusher $265..32; Garbage Disposal-$-801.88 Revolving $391.61; Irrigation $52.
80; Park $92.00; Cemetery $77.06; Cemetery Care $4• .00: carried, Riley, Washburn and
Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -414, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install-
ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Im-
provement District No. 534, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons at-
tached for the unpaid portion thereof. ", was introduced by Washburn and read by the City
Clerk.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley that Ordinance No. B -414 be passed to its second
reading:-carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley that Ordinance No. B -414 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting Aye on roll call.
