Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue
a: duplicate warrant in the sum of 9$13.68 on the Crusher Fund payable to the H ?:: L
.Company of Portland, Oregon, in lieu o.f the original warrant No.. 9888 which was i.ssued
September, 16, 1939, and has not been received by sa-id. Co.mpa.ny; said. Company having
heretofore complied. with the law by posting a bond for double the amount of said war-
rant in case the same is found: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Riley, seconded_ by Washburn that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 537, providing for the construction
of a, domestic water system on West Chestnut anti other streets in the City of Ys,Xima
and. there�being no objections in writing or otherwise, to said assessment roll, or any
part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said roll and every part
thereof be *pissed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Cl!F.rk voting aye on
roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -413, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering
Local Improvement District No. 537, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -339
of the ordinances of the City o•f Yakima ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City
Clerk.
