Moved by Riley, seconded. by Clark that the minutes of the regLil ^r meeting of Monday, November 6th, 1939 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved. as reads carried, Riley, and Clark voting aye on roll call, Washburn absent. Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley that this being the , time set for the postponed hear- ing on Resolution No. C -434 providing for the construction of a domestic water system on 20th Avenue and, other streets in the City of Yakima and a. protest signed by owners abutting upon-the property sought to be improved having heretofore been filed with the City Clerk; it i a ordered that said improvement and every part thereof be aband.6ned: carried, Riley and Clark voting aye on, roll call, Washburn absent.
