Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon - day, October 30th, 1939 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: Carrie d., Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized. to issue warrants as follows: Revolving $340.31; Irrigation $88.90; Crusher $33.76; Park $68.00; Cemetery $66.50; Cemetery Care $90.00; Street $2215.26 and Sanitation $831.25: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call ORDINANCE NO. B- 409,entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install- ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in local improvement district No. 547, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment of the unpai_d.. portion thereof ", was introduced by Riley and read by, the -City Clerk. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -409 be - passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark xoting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -409 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. B -410, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install- ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the i_mnrovement in Local Improvement District No. '550, and providing for the issuance of bonds with cou_rons at- tached , for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof. Moved by Washburn, seconded. by Clark, that Ordinance No. B -410 be passed. to its sec- ond reading and read by title only: carried, Riley,. Washburn and Clank voting aye on roll c all . Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 551, providing for the Construction of curbs and gutters in Stanley Park and- other streets in the City of Yakima, and there being no objections in w- rating or otherwise to said improvement or any part thereof; It is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment roll and. every part there- of be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -411, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 551, as created andestablished by Ordinance No. B -398 of the ordinances of the City of Yakima. ", was introduced by Riley and read by the City Clerk.
