The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Washburn and
Clark present on roll cal)_.
Moved by Riley, seconded. by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on the pe-
tition for rezoning llth Avenue and West Yakima Avenue and after careful consideration
of all facts presented by the.property owners residing in the vicinity of said. district,
it is ordered that said petition be denied: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting
aye on roll call.
Moved.b,y Riley, seconded by Washburn that we do now adjourn to meet Saturday, July lath,
1939 at 9 o'clock A. M;. carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on. roll call.

Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Park Dept. $1019.93; Cemetery
$150. O; Cemetery Care $369.50; City Street Dept. $1293.27; Crusher $398.82 and Sanita-
tion 767.32: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
