Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley that the following payrolls be allowed_ and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Sanitation Dent.-: $741.75; Street DP-0t. $$1,600.13; Park Dept. $264.00; Crusher $157.50; Cemetery $147.00; Cemetery Care $$104.00; Water Dent. $657.98: carried_, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.. C -393, A RESOLUTION authorizen the sale of Lot 18, Block 43, Tennant & Miles' New Modern Addition to North Yakima fnow Yakima), according to the official plat thereof now on file and of r ecord, in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington. WHEREAS, -the City of Yakima. is the owner of.the following de- scribed real property situated'in Yakima., Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: Lot 18, Block 433- Tennant & Miles' New Modern Addition to North Yakima snow Yakima), according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington. by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of Yakima, County, County of Yakima-, State of Washington, to said City of Yakima, on sale of said property for delinquent taxes, and WHEREAS; it appears t6 be for the best interest of said City of Yakima to.sell said premises to BERNARD E. AYERS, a single man, upon the terms and con- ditions hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C012v7ISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that this being the time for receiving bids on the $35,000 General obligation Bond issue for the purpose of purchasing equipment for the Street, Fire and Sanitation Departments and construction of -the Municipal Airport and the bid of the City of Yakima for par, $100.000 premium and 2 % interest being the lowest and bes bid; it is ordered that said. City of Yakima, be awarded the contract for the nurch.ase of.said bonds: carried, Riley, Washburn and. Clark voting aye on roll call.
