Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the special meeting of Monday, March 6, 1939 and regular meeting of Friday, March 10, 1939 be approved as read: carried, Ri1e•y and Clark voting aye on roll ca.11., Washburn absent. Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized. to issue warrants as follows: City Street $1365.58; Crusher $41.35; Parks $120'.00;-Garbage Disposal $644.57; Cemetery $80.50 and Cemetery Care $69.00: carried., Riley and. Clark voting aye on roll call, Washburn absent. Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that the following claims be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as .follows: Current Expense $7580.95; L.I.D. Re- volving $4357.28; Crusher $66.63; Fixed Estimate $ ?_7,35; Bond_ Sinking $1.36; Cemetery $117.21; Irrigation $407.52; P. R. & P. $56.05; Municipal Garage $238.00; Park $56.25; City Street $2414.25 and Water $4916.10: carried, Riley and Clark voting a.ye on roll call, Washburn absent. Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that the City Clerk is hereby instructed. to give notice to Bidders for the purchase of the $35,000.00 General Obligation Bond Issue, heretofore provided for by Ordinance No. B -370, passed by the City Commission on the 20th day of February, 1939; said bids-to be received on Wednesday, April 13th, 1939 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Riley and Clark voting aye on roll call, Washburn absent. Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that we do now a.d.journ: voting aye on roll call, Washburn absent.
