and Clark present on roll call.

RESOLUTION N0. C -370, A RESOLUTION authorizing the expenditure of an additional sum
of money.for, the improvement of certain streets in the City of Yakima:
WHEREAS, due to an increase in the- cost•of the base, the total
cost of City Street.Project No. 8 amounted to $8,186.82 instead of $7,648.83 as shown "
in Resolution No. C. -283. -
BE IT RESOLVED--BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
That the expenditure of an additional sum of $537.99 be and the
same is hereby authorized under the provisions of.Chapter 187 of the Laws of 1937.

of money for the improvement of certain streets-in the City of Yakima:
WHEREAS, due to an.increase in the cost of the base, the total
cost of City Street:.Praj-ect.No.. 9 amounted to $8,070.66 instead of $7,278.14 as shown
in Resolution No. C -284.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE-CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
That the expenditure of an additional sum of $792.52 be and the,
same is hereby authorized under the provisions of Chapter 187 of the Laws of 1937•
