C -370, A RESOLUTION authorizing the expenditure of an additional sum of money.for, the improvement of certain streets in the City of Yakima: WHEREAS, due to an increase in the- cost•of the base, the total cost of City Street.Project No. 8 amounted to $8,186.82 instead of $7,648.83 as shown " in Resolution No. C. -283. - BE IT RESOLVED--BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That the expenditure of an additional sum of $537.99 be and the same is hereby authorized under the provisions of.Chapter 187 of the Laws of 1937. .PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON, this 18th day of January, 1939• ATTEST: PEARL BENJAMIN, (S E A L) E.
